Yasume - "Where We're From The Birds Sing A Pretty Song"

This album may be familiar to fans of older IDM, though it will likely fall under some radars because it is, sadly, the short-lived project's only album (released in 2003 on Centre City Offices). However, this is one of the most beautiful, atmospheric, downtempo IDM albums out there and every fan of the genre should listen to it. Yasume is made up of Xela (John Twells) and Logreybeam (Gabriel Morley). You should be able to pick it up pretty cheap these days on amazon. I got it for something like $5.
